Job Title: RMX PROJECT ENGINEER

Scope of works:
The incumbent will be responsible to achieve profitability in PT. Holcim Beton – RMX Operation through delivering of new high class production facilities which meet current and future needs to productions team based on technical aspect. This also achieves by reviewing all the design aspect and vendor for “operational†suitability and attractiveness as well as upholding the highest standards of HSE in every aspects.
Requirements:
- Education: University degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university
- Min. 3-5 years experiences related in concrete (or like) industry, heavy equipment and construction
- Experienced in designing the Heavy equipment and deducting system in Batching Plant is preferable
- Computer Literate: MS Office, Lotus Notes, AutoCAD
- Language: Good command of English, both oral & written
- Good knowledge in mechanical engineering – from the stage of plant design, construction, trial and commissioning
- Good understanding of AutoCAD program
- Good in managing the team work, dead lines and work load
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Good in analytical and problem solving skills
- Good leadership skills with the ability to interact with all levels
